Discovering you are pregnant can be overwhelming if you were not expecting it. Making life altering decisions for your future and your baby’s future can feel overwhelming. Choosing adoption is wonderful, but asking for much needed support can be an intimidating. All of this is difficult, but you don’t have to do any of it alone. Seeking support, assistance, and comfort are not always easy things to ask for.

We really want to help, and are just waiting for you to ask. Needing support can make you feel vulnerable and helpless, but it doesn’t have to. Life can take unexpected turns. 1. Family: Your family loves you, shares a bloodline with you and regardless of where your current relationship stands with them; you are part of them, and they are part of you. Your family may agree or disagree with your adoption choice, and that’s why we have a licensed counselor that can help.Unplanned pregnancy help in Arizona
  2. Friends: Many friends come and go throughout seasons in your life. Your best friend in high school may just be a friend on Facebook now, or the girl who lived down the street from you during your childhood may be someone you now speak to ten times every day. Surround yourself with friends who can provide emotional support throughout your adoption journey!
  3. Adoption Specialists: Adoption Specialists are in the adoption field because they believe in adoption; they have become educated in adoption, spent time in the field putting their education into practice, and often work to improve adoption awareness. The adoption specialists at Building Arizona Families believe in your decision and will stand behind you!
  4. Community Resources: Community Resources exist because there is a need for them; whether it’s a food bank, a homeless shelter or a job fair. Building Arizona Families will help you access not only the resources we offer but other resources available in the community as well.
